建成環(huán)境的舒適度不僅僅局限在室內(nèi)空間和機(jī)電系統(tǒng)的討論范疇，也可通過(guò)建筑群的空間設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)——在gmp設(shè)計(jì)的上海尚浦領(lǐng)世中心抖音園區(qū)內(nèi)，建筑師深度研究了當(dāng)?shù)貧夂蛱攸c(diǎn)，通過(guò)風(fēng)車(chē)狀的塔樓布局、有機(jī)形態(tài)的裙房景觀、開(kāi)放的城市結(jié)構(gòu)和多樣的路徑關(guān)系，打造了一個(gè)全天候舒適宜人的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。上海剛剛結(jié)束的連續(xù)高溫天氣中，抖音員工依然能在最熱的午餐時(shí)段于戶外散步休憩，享受微風(fēng)。

The comfort of the built environment is no longer confined to discussions of interior spaces and MEP systems; it can also be achieved through the spatial design of architectural ensembles. At the TikTok campus within the Springs in Shanghai, designed by gmp, the architects conducted an in-depth study of the local climate. By arranging the tower wings in a pinwheel formation, shaping the podium landscapes into organic forms, creating an open urban structure, and weaving together a variety of pathways, they have established an all-day, comfortable, and pleasant ecosystem. During Shanghai’s recent stretch of extremeheat, TikTok employees were still able to take lunchtime strolls and breaks outdoors, enjoying the gentle breeze even at the hottest hour of the day.

As Jerry Yin, Managing Director of Tishman Speyer, remarked, “An architect’s responsibility should go beyond merely meeting sunlight requirements; it must also consider how, in high-temperature conditions, the design of a building’s form can provide shading and foster micro-climatic circulation to create a pleasant outdoor environment. After all, global warming is an irreversible reality, and comfortable urban spaces demand a more forward-looking design mindset.”

尚浦領(lǐng)世位于楊浦區(qū)江灣新城，建筑群由風(fēng)車(chē)狀排列的高層塔樓和一片有機(jī)形態(tài)的裙房景觀組成，包含商店和餐飲設(shè)施，構(gòu)成了尚浦領(lǐng)世新區(qū)的核心。這一設(shè)計(jì)將周邊幾個(gè)國(guó)際建筑事務(wù)所的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了空間和功能的連接。自2011年以來(lái)，這個(gè)約90公頃的區(qū)域由房地產(chǎn)公司鐵獅門(mén)集團(tuán)逐步開(kāi)發(fā)，包括辦公、住宅、酒店以及零售、餐飲和娛樂(lè)設(shè)施。

The Springs is located in Jiangwan New Town in the Yangpu District. The building complex consists of high-rise slabs arranged in windmill formation and an organically shaped plinth landscape with shops and restaurants, forming the core of the new urban district "The Springs." This area of approximately 90 hectares, which includes office spaces, residential areas, hotels, as well as retail outlets, eateries, and entertainment facilities, has been developed in phases by the real estate company Tishman Speyer since 2011.

高層塔樓作為重復(fù)的模塊進(jìn)行排列，在新城區(qū)中心創(chuàng)造了一種密集感?？偣擦k公塔樓中，每?jī)勺ㄟ^(guò)三層高的橋梁連接，并輕微錯(cuò)開(kāi)。三對(duì)塔樓中的一對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)了90度。它們的高度在100到133米之間變化：最高點(diǎn)位于地塊南部，毗鄰?qiáng)W雷·舍人（Ole Scheeren）設(shè)計(jì)的雙子塔云際尚浦（The Axiom）。由gmp設(shè)計(jì)的一座人行天橋?qū)⒏鱾€(gè)區(qū)域連接起來(lái)。在東北側(cè)，除了辦公塔樓外，還有一座由三座有機(jī)形態(tài)建筑體組成的四層建筑群，它們也通過(guò)橋梁相互連接，形成了通往東側(cè)由亨寧·拉森（Henning Larsen）規(guī)劃區(qū)域的過(guò)渡。

The arrangement of the high-rise slabs in repeating patterns creates a high-density center of the new urban area. Two of the six office towers are connected by three-story bridges and are slightly offset from one another. One of the three pairs of buildings is rotated by 90 degrees. Their heights vary between 100 and 133 meters, with the highest point located at the southern end of the site, near "The Axiom" twin towers designed by Büro Ole Scheeren. A pedestrian bridge designed by gmp connects the areas. The site to the northeast, alongside the office towers, features a four-story ensemble of three organically designed buildings, which are also interconnected by bridges. This creates a transition to the area designed by Henning Larsen to the east. The gmp design spatially and functionally links the surrounding projects of these international architectural firms.

通過(guò)開(kāi)放的城市結(jié)構(gòu)、多樣的路徑關(guān)系和視覺(jué)軸線以及功能混合，一個(gè)全天候活躍的街區(qū)在尚浦領(lǐng)世中心形成。餐飲和商店既面向街道也面向內(nèi)部廣場(chǎng)，補(bǔ)充了目前主要由抖音集團(tuán)使用的辦公空間。

The open urban design with its range of pathways, sightlines, and mix of functions, has created a busy hub in the center of "The Springs" that is throbbing with activity at all times of the day. Restaurants and shops are facing both the street and the interior promenades, complementing the office spaces currently predominantly occupied by the Douyin Group, the Chinese version of TikTok.

各個(gè)辦公塔樓的縱向側(cè)面采用了水平向的鋁制百葉立面結(jié)構(gòu)，從建筑邊緣向外延伸。銅色的遮陽(yáng)構(gòu)件賦予了整個(gè)建筑群溫暖的外觀。除了為室內(nèi)提供自然通風(fēng)外，由高層建筑頂部的退臺(tái)形成的空中花園為辦公區(qū)提供了特別的舒適感。

A facade structure consisting of horizontal aluminum slats extends along the long sides of the individual office towers, reaching beyond the building edges. The copper-colored sun and glare protection elements give the ensemble a warm appearance. The sky gardens, formed by recesses at the ends of the high-rises, provide natural ventilation to the interiors, and in addition offer special amenities for the offices.
