馬力，北京大學(xué)光華管理學(xué)院組織與戰(zhàn)略管理系教授。馬力教授在華盛頓大學(xué)取得管理學(xué)博士學(xué)位，在清華大學(xué)取得學(xué)士及碩士學(xué)位。他曾在清華大學(xué)擔(dān)任全職教授，同時也在美國圣路易斯華盛頓大學(xué)以及韓國延世大學(xué)兼任教職。他的研究專長為跨國談判、沖突管理、參與式管理，特別是在國際情景下。曾在MIT Sloan Management Review, Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Management and Organization Review, Journal of International Business Studies, Harvard Business Review Digital Articles, Negotiation Journal, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management,《心理學(xué)報》, 《管理世界》, 《經(jīng)濟科學(xué)》, 《管理工程學(xué)報》等學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表研究成果。

Professor Li MA obtained his Ph.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, and his undergraduate and master’s degrees in Tsinghua University. He has also taught full time at Tsinghua University, and part time at Washington University in St. Louis in the United States and Yonsei University in Korea. He studies negotiation, conflict management, and participative management, especially in international contexts. His publications appear in journals such as MIT Sloan Management Review, Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Management and Organization Review, Journal of International Business Studies, Harvard Business Review Digital Articles, Negotiation Journal, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, and a number of Chinese academic journals.

王輝，北京大學(xué)光華管理學(xué)院應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟學(xué)系副教授，北京大學(xué)經(jīng)濟政策研究所副所長，光華管理學(xué)院首批“日出東方-光華研究學(xué)者”獲得者，教育部青年長江學(xué)者。2010年獲得加拿大多倫多大學(xué)經(jīng)濟學(xué)博士學(xué)位。研究領(lǐng)域涉及產(chǎn)業(yè)組織，勞動經(jīng)濟學(xué)，發(fā)展經(jīng)濟學(xué)，以及應(yīng)用計量經(jīng)濟學(xué)。其研究論文已發(fā)表在國內(nèi)外一流學(xué)術(shù)期刊上。

Dr. WANG Hui is an Associate Professor of Applied Economics at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He is the Deputy Director and research fellow of the Peking University Institute of Economic Policy, a recipient of the inaugural "Rising with the Sun-Guanghua Research Scholar" award, and a "Young Changjiang Scholar" recognized by China's Ministry of Education. Dr. WANG holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Toronto. His research interests include Industrial organization, Labour economics, Economic development, and Applied econometrics. His research papers have been published in leading academic journals.
