2. 坐起半分鐘：慢慢坐起來，倚靠在床頭，用手梳一梳頭發(fā)，搓一搓臉。

原理：這能有效避免“體位性低血壓”，讓血管平滑肌逐漸適應(yīng)體位的改變，防止晨峰高血壓的出現(xiàn)。

第二件小事：空腹喝一杯“溫啟動(dòng)水”——給血液“洗個(gè)澡”

經(jīng)過一整夜的呼吸和排汗，早晨起床時(shí)，人體處于嚴(yán)重的缺水狀態(tài)。此時(shí)的血液像一鍋“稠粥”，黏稠度達(dá)到一天中的頂峰。對于血糖高的老人來說，脫水還會(huì)導(dǎo)致血糖進(jìn)一步濃縮，數(shù)值虛高。

這一杯水怎么喝，有講究：

• 溫度：必須是溫水（30-40℃），接近體溫。涼水會(huì)刺激腸胃和血管，引起不適；太燙的水會(huì)損傷食道黏膜。

• 種類白開水是最好的選擇。淡鹽水會(huì)增加鈉攝入，升高血壓；蜂蜜水對于糖友來說，無疑是“雪上加霜”。

原理：這杯水能快速稀釋血液，降低血液黏稠度，預(yù)防血栓形成。同時(shí)，它能喚醒沉睡的腸胃，促進(jìn)排便，幫助身體排出代謝廢物，對控制空腹血糖和全天血壓至關(guān)重要。

第三件小事：監(jiān)測“空腹數(shù)據(jù)”——當(dāng)自己的“健康偵探”

很多中老年人喜歡“憑感覺”過日子，覺得“頭不暈就是血壓不高”。但對于慢性病管理，數(shù)據(jù)比感覺更重要。

起床后，排完小便、喝完了水，在吃早餐和服用降壓降糖藥之前，請務(wù)必做兩件事：

1. 測一次血壓：此時(shí)測得的血壓，是全天血壓的最高峰值。記錄下這個(gè)數(shù)值，能幫助醫(yī)生判斷降壓藥是否需要調(diào)整劑量或服藥時(shí)間。

身體就像一臺(tái)精密的儀器，清晨的“啟動(dòng)”方式，決定了它一整天的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)。

這三件小事——緩慢起床、補(bǔ)充水分、監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)，沒有一件是難事，也不需要花一分錢。難的是“堅(jiān)持”二字。
