一、項(xiàng)目背景 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

為了豐富空間產(chǎn)品類型，填補(bǔ)院落產(chǎn)品的空白，設(shè)計(jì)啟動(dòng)后院·溜石港1號(hào)院改造項(xiàng)目，產(chǎn)品定位在一個(gè)能夠容納3-4人住宿，6-8人用餐的家庭式鄉(xiāng)村民宿小院兒。該項(xiàng)目坐落于北京市昌平區(qū)流村鎮(zhèn)溜石港村，其位置處于村落西側(cè)的最高處。它的前身為一處閑置的農(nóng)家住房，兩側(cè)皆有民宅分布。因地勢(shì)較高，從正南方能夠望見溜石港村的大片山景。

To enrich the types of spatial products and fill the gap of courtyard products, the design has initiated the renovation project of Backyard · Liushi Port No. 1 Courtyard. The product is positioned as a family-style rural homestay courtyard that can accommodate 3 to 4 people for accommodation and 6 to 8 people for dining. This project is located in Liushigang Village, Liucun Town, Changping District, Beijing, and its position is at the highest point on the west side of the village. Its predecessor was an idle rural house, with residential houses distributed on both sides. Due to its high altitude, from the exact south, one can see a vast mountain view of the village of Liushi Port.

二、設(shè)計(jì)理念 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

為豐富空間產(chǎn)品類型，填補(bǔ)院落產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域的空白，在設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃中啟動(dòng)了后院·溜石港1號(hào)院改造項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目的產(chǎn)品定位是打造一個(gè)家庭式鄉(xiāng)村民宿小院，能夠容納3 - 4人住宿，同時(shí)滿足6 - 8人用餐的需求。

在后院·溜石港的建造及運(yùn)營過程中，投入了大量資金?；诖?，本次改造重點(diǎn)聚焦于兩個(gè)方面：一是空間產(chǎn)品的差異化設(shè)計(jì)；二是在有限的資金和時(shí)間內(nèi)達(dá)成院落改造的目標(biāo)。

改造策略/建筑方面：項(xiàng)目原址存在一棟北房，其為上世紀(jì)80年代典型的北方民居結(jié)構(gòu)。整體框架采用木頭搭建，紅磚砌筑，屋面覆蓋著紅色粘土蓋瓦。原始的木梁、椽子以及花窗均完整保留，散發(fā)著濃郁的鄉(xiāng)村氣息?？紤]到施工周期和資金限制，設(shè)計(jì)決定最大程度地利用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)現(xiàn)有條件，進(jìn)行最小限度的內(nèi)容改動(dòng)。

The product positioning of this project is to create a family-style rural homestay courtyard, which can accommodate 3 to 4 people for accommodation and meet the dining needs of 6 to 8 people at the same time.A large amount of money was invested in the construction and operation of Backyard · Rockport. Based on this, the focus of this renovation is on two aspects: The first is the differentiated design of spatial products; The second is to achieve the goal of courtyard renovation within the limited funds and time.

Renovation strategy/Architectural aspect: There is a north-facing building at the original site of the project, which is a typical northern residential structure from the 1980s. The overall frame is constructed with wood, built with red bricks, and the roof is covered with red clay tiles. The original wooden beams, rafters and stained Windows have all been completely preserved, exuding a strong rural atmosphere. Considering the construction period and financial constraints, the design decision was made to make the most of the existing on-site conditions and make the minimum content changes.

三、空間維度 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

從空間維度考量，鑒于現(xiàn)有建筑面積存在局限，我們?cè)跂|側(cè)借助房屋與院墻所形成的夾角處增設(shè)衛(wèi)生間，如此一來，便不會(huì)占用現(xiàn)有的房間面積；在西南側(cè)，我們通過加建泡池房的方式，豐富了院落的產(chǎn)品功能屬性；在南部區(qū)域，結(jié)合泡池房的外墻面，構(gòu)筑起圍墻與院門，從而形成一個(gè)僅設(shè)有一間北房的圍合型院落。

整個(gè)院落的景觀面均朝向南方，為此，南部圍墻的上半部分采用玻璃磚進(jìn)行替代。這樣的設(shè)計(jì)，不僅有效隔絕了近處雜亂無章的屋面，而且遠(yuǎn)處的山脈也能夠透過玻璃磚完整地呈現(xiàn)出來。

在院內(nèi)植物的規(guī)劃上，僅保留門前的兩顆柿子樹，并修筑水泥平臺(tái)。該水泥平臺(tái)用于連接入口以及泡池房，其作為北房空間的延展區(qū)域。在天氣晴好之時(shí)，躺在院子里，或是躺在柿子樹下，眺望著遠(yuǎn)山、白云，圍爐煮茶也好，下棋聊天也罷，僅僅是想象這樣的場(chǎng)景，都會(huì)讓人感受到格外愜意的鄉(xiāng)村時(shí)光。

From the perspective of spatial dimension, given the limitations of the existing building area, we added a bathroom at the Angle formed by the house and the courtyard wall on the east side. In this way, the existing room area will not be occupied. On the southwest side, we have enriched the product functional attributes of the courtyard by adding a bubble room. In the southern area, in combination with the exterior walls of the hot spring pool house, a fence and a courtyard gate are constructed, thus forming an enclosed courtyard with only one north room.

The landscape of the entire courtyard faces south. For this reason, the upper part of the southern wall is replaced with glass bricks. Such a design not only effectively isolates the disorderly roof nearby, but also enables the distant mountains to be fully presented through the glass bricks.

In the planning of the plants within the courtyard, only the two persimmon trees in front of the door will be retained, and a cement platform will be built. This cement platform is used to connect the entrance and the bubble pool room, serving as an extended area of the north room space. On a fine day, lying in the yard or under a persimmon tree, gazing at distant mountains and white clouds, whether it's sipping tea by the stove or playing chess and chatting, just imagining such scenes will make one feel the particularly pleasant rural time.

剩余空間的部分則修舊如舊 —— 原木梁、椽子、門窗全部打磨翻新，以天然木色為主基調(diào)；原墻體鏟掉墻皮，保留初建房時(shí)的夯土稻草漆，所有管線均裸露走明管；為了保證冬天室內(nèi)溫度，地面做地暖并回填水泥。硬裝全部完成，光線透過花窗曬了進(jìn)來，北方冬天的陽光正好，曬得整個(gè)屋里都暖洋洋的，是北方山居民宅獨(dú)有的空間感受。

The remaining space was restored to its original state - the wooden beams, rafters, doors and Windows were all polished and renovated, with the natural wood color as the main tone. The wall plaster of the original wall was removed, and the rammed earth and straw paint from the initial construction of the house was retained. All pipelines were exposed and laid. To ensure the indoor temperature in winter, underfloor heating is installed on the ground and cement is backfilled. The hard decoration was all completed. Light streamed in through the flower Windows. The winter sun in the north was just right, making the entire room warm and cozy. It was a unique spatial experience of a mountain residence in the north.
