博大可以稀釋憂愁，深色可以覆蓋淺色。凌晨三點(diǎn)，我站在落地窗前，看著城市里稀疏的燈光。手機(jī)屏幕上是一條未發(fā)送的消息，刪了又寫，寫了又刪。那一刻我突然明白，有些痛苦不需要傾訴，而需要一片更遼闊的天空。

當(dāng)心裝不下悲傷時(shí)，就去裝下整個(gè)世界。去年失業(yè)那天,我把自己關(guān)在出租屋里整整三天。第四天清晨，不知哪來(lái)的沖動(dòng)，我訂了去西藏的火車票。朋友說(shuō)我瘋了，在最困難的時(shí)候還浪費(fèi)錢。但當(dāng)火車穿過(guò)無(wú)人區(qū)，當(dāng)雪山在窗外一座座掠過(guò)，那些關(guān)于前途、房租、他人眼光的焦慮，竟真的變淡了。不是問(wèn)題解決了，而是世界突然變大了。就像一滴墨水滴進(jìn)杯子里是渾濁，滴進(jìn)大海里卻無(wú)影無(wú)蹤。我們的憂愁也是如此——不是要消滅它，而是要稀釋它。當(dāng)你的眼界足夠博大，當(dāng)你見過(guò)足夠多的人生形態(tài)，那些曾經(jīng)以為過(guò)不去的坎，也不過(guò)是漫長(zhǎng)旅途中的一個(gè)小土坡。

用新的深刻，覆蓋舊的膚淺。分手后的第二個(gè)月，我開始學(xué)油畫。調(diào)色板上，我發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)神奇的規(guī)律：淺色永遠(yuǎn)蓋不住深色，但深色可以輕易覆蓋淺色。生活也是這樣。淺薄的快樂(lè)無(wú)法治愈深層的痛苦，刻意的遺忘也抹不掉刻骨的記憶。但當(dāng)你經(jīng)歷了更深刻的情感、創(chuàng)造了更有價(jià)值的事物、建立了更真實(shí)的連接，那些曾經(jīng)的傷痕就會(huì)被新的生命體驗(yàn)覆蓋。不是逃避，不是假裝，而是真正地活出了新的層次。我認(rèn)識(shí)一位大姐，年輕時(shí)丈夫出軌，她痛不欲生。但她沒(méi)有沉淪，而是考了心理咨詢師，后來(lái)幫助了無(wú)數(shù)受傷的女性。現(xiàn)在她說(shuō)起往事，眼里有光："那段經(jīng)歷給了我深度，讓我能真正理解別人的痛。"這就是深色覆蓋淺色——用深刻的成長(zhǎng)，覆蓋淺薄的傷痛。

走出去，向內(nèi)走。很多人誤解了"博大"的含義，以為必須去遠(yuǎn)方、見世面。其實(shí)不然。博大可以是讀完一本深邃的哲學(xué)著作，可以是學(xué)會(huì)一門新的技能，可以是理解了一個(gè)曾經(jīng)不理解的人。博大的本質(zhì)，是打破邊界，是讓自己的精神世界變得遼闊而包容。而深色，是那些需要時(shí)間沉淀、需要痛苦鍛造、需要真實(shí)體驗(yàn)才能獲得的東西。它可能是一段認(rèn)真的關(guān)系，一次全情投入的創(chuàng)作，一場(chǎng)真誠(chéng)的自我對(duì)話。當(dāng)你愿意讓自己變得博大，愿意讓生命擁有深度，那些曾經(jīng)以為會(huì)困擾一生的淺色憂愁，終會(huì)被覆蓋、被稀釋、被轉(zhuǎn)化。
