我想搖醒黑夜,搖醒身邊沉睡的時光。"夜色難免太黯淡,從此不敢再期盼。"耳機里單曲循環(huán)著這首歌,我坐在床邊,看著窗外城市的萬家燈火,突然就理解了什么叫"人間清醒"。不是頓悟,不是覺醒,只是在某個深夜,忽然發(fā)現(xiàn)自己已經很久沒有真正"活"過了。那些日子像被按下了倍速鍵。早晨睜眼,晚上閉眼,中間的十幾個小時像流水線上的產品,一模一樣地被生產、包裝、運走。你以為自己在前進,其實只是在重復。

我們都活成了時間的囚徒。有時候會恍惚,恍惚到分不清今天是周幾,分不清上一次開懷大笑是什么時候,分不清那個曾經熱淚盈眶的自己去了哪里。手機相冊里全是截圖和轉發(fā)的圖片,很少有自己拍的風景。朋友圈停留在三天可見,不是為了隱私,是因為真的沒什么可發(fā)的。生活被壓縮成了一個又一個待辦事項,完成了就劃掉,劃掉了就忘記。這種沉睡,比真正的睡眠更可怕。因為你睜著眼睛,卻看不見月光;你在人群中,卻聽不見笑聲;你握著手機,卻聯(lián)系不到任何一個真正想說話的人。我想搖醒的,不是別人,是我自己。想搖醒那個曾經會為一首歌單曲循環(huán)到天亮的自己,想搖醒那個會在深夜給朋友打電話聊到凌晨的自己,想搖醒那個相信愛情、相信明天、相信人間值得的自己。

可是該怎么醒呢?也許就是從某個微小的瞬間開始。比如抬頭看一眼天空,比如認真吃完一頓飯,比如給許久未聯(lián)系的朋友發(fā)一條消息,哪怕只是說一句:"最近還好嗎?"比如在該睡覺的時候,不要再刷手機;在該哭的時候,不要強忍著笑;在該放手的時候,不要假裝還愛。時光不會等我們準備好。它一直在走,不偏不倚,不快不慢。而我們能做的,就是在它經過的時候,伸手抓住一些什么?？赡苁且粋€黃昏,可能是一次對話,可能是一個擁抱,可能只是一個"我在"的回復。這些看起來微不足道的東西,其實就是我們活過的證據(jù)。我不知道你現(xiàn)在是不是也和我一樣,坐在某個角落,聽著某首歌,感覺自己像是被困在了透明的玻璃罩里,看得見外面的世界,卻觸碰不到。但我想告訴你,黑夜再長,也會有天亮的時候。那些沉睡的時光,那些麻木的日子,那些不痛不癢的重復,總有一天會被你親手搖醒。
