打開塵封的門窗,讓陽光雨露灑遍每個角落。你有多久沒有真正放松過了?我說的不是周末躺在沙發(fā)上刷手機(jī),也不是睡到自然醒后依然覺得累。我說的是那種,心里沒有懸著什么事,不用擔(dān)心明天要做什么,也不用回想昨天有沒有做錯什么的放松。

好像很久了吧。這些年我們都活得太緊繃了。工作上有干不完的活,生活里有操不完的心,關(guān)系中有猜不透的人。每天睜開眼就是一堆要處理的事,閉上眼腦子還在轉(zhuǎn)個不停。你以為只有自己這樣嗎?其實大家都一樣,只是沒人說出口而已。我們習(xí)慣了把門窗關(guān)得嚴(yán)嚴(yán)實實,好像這樣就能擋住外面的風(fēng)雨。可時間久了才發(fā)現(xiàn),擋住的不只是風(fēng)雨,還有陽光。那些本該照進(jìn)來的溫暖,那些本該飄進(jìn)來的清新,全被我們擋在了外面。我們以為自己是在保護(hù)自己,其實是在困住自己。

你知道最可怕的是什么嗎?不是遇到困難,不是被人誤解,而是連自己都開始懷疑自己了。懷疑自己是不是不夠努力,懷疑自己是不是做錯了選擇,懷疑自己是不是真的不行。這種懷疑像是慢性 自殺 ,一點點蠶食掉你原本的信心和勇氣。但我想告訴你的是,你真的已經(jīng)很努力了。

那些咬著牙挺過來的日子,那些一個人偷偷哭完又裝作沒事的夜晚,那些明明很累卻還要繼續(xù)往前走的時刻,沒有人比你自己更清楚。你不需要向任何人證明什么。你也不需要等到所有人都理解你。有些路本來就是要一個人走的,有些苦本來就是要自己扛的。這不是因為你不夠好,而是因為每個人的人生都只能自己去經(jīng)歷?？墒前?你也不用把所有東西都扛在肩上。那些讓你透不過氣的壓力,那些讓你睡不著覺的焦慮,不是非得一次性解決掉的。生活本來就是一地雞毛,誰能把所有事都處理得完美無缺呢?該放的就放一放,該停的就停一停。天塌不下來的,真的。你需要的,只是給自己一個喘息的機(jī)會。

打開那些被你封閉已久的門窗吧。讓陽光照進(jìn)來,讓新鮮空氣流進(jìn)來,讓那些美好的、溫暖的東西重新進(jìn)入你的生活。你會發(fā)現(xiàn),外面的世界沒有你想象的那么可怕。那些你擔(dān)心的事情,大多數(shù)都不會發(fā)生。那些你以為過不去的坎,其實回頭看看也就那樣。人活著,本來就不是為了把自己逼到絕路的。你可以對自己溫柔一點,寬容一點,耐心一點。就像你對待那些你在乎的人一樣。
