王大爺今年68歲，患高血壓、糖尿病五六年了，以前每天早上起來頭暈眼花，空腹血糖常常在8以上。自從半年前聽了社區(qū)醫(yī)生的建議，調(diào)整了晨起的幾個小習慣，現(xiàn)在不僅降壓藥減了量，空腹血糖也穩(wěn)穩(wěn)控制在6左右。

其實，對于中老年人來說，清晨是一天中血壓最高、血液最黏稠的“魔鬼時段”。如果能把握好起床后的“黃金半小時”，做好下面這3件小事，不花錢、不吃藥，也能讓全天的指標都乖乖聽話。

第一件小事：醒后“賴床”3分鐘——給血管“熱熱身”

很多老人都聽過“早晨醒來要馬上起來”，其實這并不完全正確。

夜間睡眠時，我們的身體處于平臥狀態(tài)，血液流動緩慢，血壓偏低。如果猛然起身，肌肉驟然收縮，血壓會瞬間飆升，很容易誘發(fā)腦出血或心梗。

正確的做法是“三個半分鐘”：

1. 醒后平躺半分鐘：睜開眼睛后，先別急著動，躺在床上伸個懶腰，活動一下腳踝和手腕。這能讓血液循環(huán)由慢變快有個緩沖。
2. 坐起半分鐘：慢慢坐起來，倚靠在床頭，用手梳一梳頭發(fā)，搓一搓臉。
3. 垂腿半分鐘：挪到床邊，雙腿下垂，感覺沒有頭暈目眩了，再站起來活動。

原理：這能有效避免“體位性低血壓”，讓血管平滑肌逐漸適應體位的改變，防止晨峰高血壓的出現(xiàn)。

第二件小事：空腹喝一杯“溫啟動水”——給血液“洗個澡”

經(jīng)過一整夜的呼吸和排汗，早晨起床時，人體處于嚴重的缺水狀態(tài)。此時的血液像一鍋“稠粥”，黏稠度達到一天中的頂峰。對于血糖高的老人來說，脫水還會導致血糖進一步濃縮，數(shù)值虛高。

這一杯水怎么喝，有講究：

• 溫度：必須是溫水（30-40℃），接近體溫。涼水會刺激腸胃和血管，引起不適；太燙的水會損傷食道黏膜。
• 水量150-200毫升為宜，大約小半杯。喝得太猛會增加心臟負擔。
• 種類白開水是最好的選擇。淡鹽水會增加鈉攝入，升高血壓；蜂蜜水對于糖友來說，無疑是“雪上加霜”。

原理：這杯水能快速稀釋血液，降低血液黏稠度，預防血栓形成。同時，它能喚醒沉睡的腸胃，促進排便，幫助身體排出代謝廢物，對控制空腹血糖和全天血壓至關(guān)重要。

第三件小事：監(jiān)測“空腹數(shù)據(jù)”——當自己的“健康偵探”

很多中老年人喜歡“憑感覺”過日子，覺得“頭不暈就是血壓不高”。但對于慢性病管理，數(shù)據(jù)比感覺更重要。

起床后，排完小便、喝完了水，在吃早餐和服用降壓降糖藥之前，請務必做兩件事：

1. 測一次血壓：此時測得的血壓，是全天血壓的最高峰值。記錄下這個數(shù)值，能幫助醫(yī)生判斷降壓藥是否需要調(diào)整劑量或服藥時間。
2. 測一次血糖：這也就是我們常說的“空腹血糖”。它能真實反映夜間血糖的控制情況，以及昨天晚餐用藥是否合理。

為什么要做這件事？
這不是簡單的記錄，而是調(diào)整生活習慣的依據(jù)。比如，如果你發(fā)現(xiàn)連續(xù)三天晨起血壓都偏高，就要反思昨晚是不是吃咸了、睡晚了；如果空腹血糖偏高，就要考慮晚餐的結(jié)構(gòu)是否合理。只有知道哪里出了問題，才能精準地在飲食和運動上“微調(diào)”。

身體就像一臺精密的儀器，清晨的“啟動”方式，決定了它一整天的運轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)。

這三件小事——緩慢起床、補充水分、監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)，沒有一件是難事，也不需要花一分錢。難的是“堅持”二字。
