隨著城鎮(zhèn)化率突破65%,大規(guī)模增量擴(kuò)張的時(shí)代逐漸落幕,城市發(fā)展進(jìn)入以存量更新為主導(dǎo)的新階段。與此同時(shí),文旅市場(chǎng)經(jīng)歷疫情后的結(jié)構(gòu)性調(diào)整,正從景點(diǎn)觀光向深度體驗(yàn)、從規(guī)模擴(kuò)張向品質(zhì)提升轉(zhuǎn)型。在這雙重背景下,城市微更新不再僅僅是空間修補(bǔ)的技術(shù)行為,而成為驅(qū)動(dòng)城市轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、重塑競(jìng)爭(zhēng)活力的戰(zhàn)略選擇。如何通過(guò)精細(xì)化、人文性的微更新實(shí)踐,實(shí)現(xiàn)存量空間的價(jià)值再生與文旅功能的有機(jī)融合,成為擺在城市治理者與規(guī)劃者面前的關(guān)鍵課題。

With the urbanization rate exceeding 65%, the era of large-scale incremental expansion is gradually coming to an end, and urban development has entered a new stage dominated by the renewal of existing stock. Meanwhile, the cultural and tourism market, after undergoing structural adjustments following the pandemic, is transforming from sightseeing at scenic spots to in-depth experiences and from scale expansion to quality improvement. Against this dual backdrop, urban micro-updating is no longer merely a technical act of spatial repair, but has become a strategic choice to drive urban transformation and upgrading and restore competitive vitality. How to achieve the value regeneration of existing space and the organic integration of cultural and tourism functions through refined and humanistic micro-update practices has become a key issue facing urban administrators and planners.

I. The Inevitable Choice in the Era of Stock: From Grand Narratives to Micro Reconstructions

The rapid urbanization over the past three decades has shaped countless new towns and districts, but also left behind a large number of built environments that lack vitality, have outdated functions and a mixed appearance.
