一、項目背景 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

項目位于北京市平谷區(qū)峪口鎮(zhèn)北楊家橋村。這里是較為典型的北方平原鄉(xiāng)村，多為合院式民居。隨著村莊自發(fā)性更新的加快，臨街出現(xiàn)各式樣的新房子，有小洋樓，也有彩鋼板房，已經(jīng)不再是傳統(tǒng)民居街道風(fēng)貌。

The project is located in Beiyangjiaqiao Village, Yukou Town, Pinggu District, Beijing. This is a rather typical northern plain village, mostly featuring courtyard-style residences. With the acceleration of the spontaneous renewal of the village, various new houses of different styles have emerged along the street, including small Western-style buildings and color steel plate houses. It is no longer the traditional style of residential streets.

二、設(shè)計理念 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

基地東側(cè)比鄰村莊主路，占地約400平方米，是一個東西向長，南北向短的長方形地塊。原始建筑格局較為混亂，分別為坡頂和平屋頂磚混建筑以及部分彩鋼板臨建房，已經(jīng)沒有保存的價值?；貎?nèi)有兩棵柿子樹和一棵核桃樹，是戶主父親兒時種下的。如今依然碩果累累、生機(jī)盎然，已經(jīng)成為重要的家庭生活記憶。這三棵樹經(jīng)過設(shè)計師與戶主共同協(xié)商，決定予以保留。

平谷區(qū)良好的自然資源、接地氣的田園生活以及周邊自然景點都是這個民宿對于城市客人的吸引力所在。而民宿作為城郊旅游的一個節(jié)點，也應(yīng)該傳遞出鄉(xiāng)村生活質(zhì)樸、自然、放松的環(huán)境氣質(zhì)。設(shè)計伊始，戶主就提出了明確的功能訴求，即這里未來將作為民宿對外運(yùn)營。需要客房盡量不少于七間，其中一間由戶主的母親自住。

The base is adjacent to the main road of the village on the east side, covering an area of approximately 400 square meters. It is a rectangular plot that is longer from east to west and shorter from north to south. The original architectural layout is rather disordered, consisting of brick-concrete buildings with sloping roofs and flat roofs, as well as some temporary buildings made of color steel plates. They no longer have any value for preservation. There are two persimmon trees and one walnut tree in the base, which were planted by the homeowner's father when he was a child. Today, it still bears abundant fruits and is full of vitality, and has become an important memory of family life. After joint consultation between the designer and the homeowner, it was decided to keep these three trees.

The excellent natural resources of Pinggu District, the down-to-earth rural life and the surrounding natural scenic spots are all the attractions of this homestay to urban guests. As a node of suburban tourism, homestays should also convey the simple, natural and relaxing environmental temperament of rural life. At the very beginning of the design, the homeowner put forward a clear functional requirement, that is, this place will be operated as a homestay in the future. There should be no less than seven guest rooms, among which one should be occupied by the homeowner's mother.

三、空間調(diào)性 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

不僅要兼顧團(tuán)建與散客的接待需求，配置中西廚、客餐廳、娛樂室等，還要有老人休閑娛樂的棋牌室。要滿足這些需求，新建筑基本上是原有建筑面積的兩倍。同時必須符合當(dāng)?shù)匾?guī)范，即新建建筑檐口限高7米、屋脊限高8.6米，與鄰居不小于40公分的間距。所以建筑需要最大化的建筑體量來滿足必要的使用功能，同時激發(fā)內(nèi)部空間的活力來勾勒鄉(xiāng)村生活的氣質(zhì)。

三棵樹成為設(shè)計構(gòu)思的起點，也是“耒宿”這一命名的由來?！榜纭弊謥碓从诠糯r(nóng)用器具，代表著田園農(nóng)耕的生活狀態(tài)。其字形里包含了三個木，而類似于樹木一般的縱橫交織的木構(gòu)架成為建筑的基本意向。建筑以樹成院，圍繞原有樹木的位置和冠幅構(gòu)成兩個適當(dāng)尺度的庭院，為內(nèi)部空間帶來充足的陽光和四季更迭的景觀，也延續(xù)了村落庭院建筑基本格局。建筑主體采用膠合木結(jié)構(gòu)，在雙坡屋頂?shù)男螒B(tài)控制下，支撐起高低錯落的平臺空間，讓人產(chǎn)生置身于林間的居住體驗。

Not only should it take into account the reception needs of both team-building and individual tourists, but also be equipped with Chinese and Western kitchens, living and dining rooms, entertainment rooms, etc. There should also be a chess and card room for the elderly to relax and have fun. To meet these demands, the new buildings are basically twice the size of the original ones.

At the same time, it must comply with local regulations, that is, the eave height limit for new buildings is 7 meters, the ridge height limit is 8.6 meters, and the distance from neighbors should be no less than 40 centimeters. Therefore, the building needs to maximize its volume to meet the necessary usage functions, while stimulating the vitality of the interior space to outline the temperament of rural life.

The three trees became the starting point of the design concept and also the origin of the name "Leisu". The character "" originated from ancient agricultural tools and represents the life state of farming in the countryside. Its character shape contains three pieces of wood, and the crisscrossing wooden framework similar to trees becomes the basic intention of the building. The building is composed of trees forming courtyards. Two courtyards of appropriate scales are created around the positions and crown spreads of the original trees, bringing abundant sunlight and the changing scenery of the four seasons to the interior space, and also continuing the basic layout of the village courtyard architecture. The main body of the building adopts glued laminated timber structure. Under the form control of the double-pitched roof, it supports the platform Spaces of different heights, giving people a living experience as if they were in the forest.
