師資隊(duì)伍

學(xué)校始終堅(jiān)持以國(guó)際同行評(píng)價(jià)為核心的學(xué)術(shù)制度，教師的聘用和晉升基于學(xué)術(shù)貢獻(xiàn)和影響力，不設(shè)指標(biāo)，重在自我競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。面向全球招聘，已建立一支具有國(guó)際水平的師資隊(duì)伍，截至目前，已面向全球招聘引進(jìn)了700余名國(guó)際知名優(yōu)秀學(xué)者和研究人員，其中包括諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)得主6名，各國(guó)院士近50名，國(guó)家級(jí)人才120余名。目前引進(jìn)的教師100%具有在國(guó)際一流高校執(zhí)教或研究工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在美國(guó)斯坦福大學(xué)和國(guó)際權(quán)威學(xué)術(shù)出版社愛(ài)思唯爾共同發(fā)布的《2025年全球前2%頂尖科學(xué)家榜單》中，香港中文大學(xué)（深圳）教授共入選146人次，同比增長(zhǎng)34%。

科研創(chuàng)新

學(xué)校始終以創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)為指引，以服務(wù)國(guó)家、大灣區(qū)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展為導(dǎo)向，積極打造國(guó)際化科技創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)，組建國(guó)家工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室、廣東省重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、深圳市諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)研究院等各級(jí)科研創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)超過(guò)120個(gè)；累計(jì)承擔(dān)科研項(xiàng)目2200余項(xiàng)，累計(jì)經(jīng)費(fèi)近40億元。近年來(lái)，國(guó)自然申報(bào)/立項(xiàng)數(shù)量均保持30%以上的增長(zhǎng)，平均資助率22%，顯著高于全國(guó)平均資助率（約14%）。獲省市認(rèn)定創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)15個(gè)；在國(guó)際頂級(jí)期刊發(fā)表了8300余篇包括Nature、Science、Cell在內(nèi)的高水平國(guó)際論文，專利申請(qǐng)近700項(xiàng)，政策報(bào)告累計(jì)240余篇。我校開(kāi)展橫向合作400余項(xiàng)，與華為、京東、騰訊等知名企業(yè)成立聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室近50個(gè)。

近兩年，大學(xué)斬獲一批高水平、高權(quán)威性的國(guó)際及行國(guó)內(nèi)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)：羅智泉教授榮獲世界華人數(shù)學(xué)家大會(huì)首屆華羅庚獎(jiǎng)；唐本忠教授榮獲2024年度廣東省科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)突出貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)（全省僅兩位、深圳首位）；崔曙光教授榮獲2023年度國(guó)家自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)等。

四個(gè)學(xué)科已納入廣東省高水平大學(xué)重點(diǎn)建設(shè)學(xué)科：計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)、材料科學(xué)與工程、應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、生物學(xué)，同時(shí)，臨床醫(yī)學(xué)獲深圳市高水平大學(xué)專項(xiàng)支持。此外，大學(xué)于2023年成功獲批三個(gè)博士后科研流動(dòng)站，分別為：計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)、材料科學(xué)與工程、應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)，也是中外合作辦學(xué)高校首次獲批博士后流動(dòng)站。

申報(bào)條件

申報(bào)人尚未全職回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作，或在2025年1月1日后回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作；引進(jìn)后須辭去海外工作或在海外無(wú)工作，并全職回國(guó)工作不少于3年。

1. 領(lǐng)軍人才

（1）取得博士學(xué)位；

（2）在海外著名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任相當(dāng)于副教授及以上職務(wù)，或在國(guó)際知名企業(yè)擔(dān)任高級(jí)職務(wù)的專業(yè)技術(shù)人才；

（3）在本學(xué)科取得突出成績(jī)。

2. 優(yōu)秀青年人才

（1）出生日期在1986年1月1日（含）以后；

（2）研究方向主要為自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等；

（3）取得博士學(xué)位，在2026年4月15日前，一般應(yīng)在海外高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個(gè)月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績(jī)特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求。

（1）符合條件的優(yōu)秀青年項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)人，可按照項(xiàng)目指南要求，與依托單位簽訂工作合同或者意向性協(xié)議，登錄信息系統(tǒng)，在線填寫《國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）申請(qǐng)書(shū)》。申請(qǐng)人對(duì)所提交申請(qǐng)材料的真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé)。

（2）依托單位在規(guī)定的項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)截止日期前提交本單位電子申請(qǐng)書(shū)及附件材料。

Introduction

The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen was founded in accordance with the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools upon approval by the Ministry of Education. It strives to explore a new path of higher education featured by strong connections to both China and the world. The University is committed to providing top-quality higher education that features an integration of the East and the West and fostering an enriching research environment. It is CUHK-Shenzhen’s mission to cultivate innovative talents with a global perspective, Chinese cultural traditions and social responsibilities.

The University has established eight schools, namely School of Management and Economics, School of Science and Engineering, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Data Science, School of Medicine, School of Music, School of Public Policy, and School of Artificial Intelligence. These eight schools, together with the Graduate School, offer 30 undergraduate programs and 57 postgraduate programs. Currently, more than 13000 students are studying at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.

CUHK-Shenzhen encourages international experiences and seeks to nurture global awareness. Research

The University was guided by innovation and the needs of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It actively establishes international scientific and technological innovation platforms, assembling 120 research and innovation platforms at all levels. With over 2200 research projects undertaken and 15 innovative teams recognized at the provincial and municipal levels, the university has produced 8,300 high-quality research outcomes, including papers published in prestigious journals like Nature, Science and Cell.

CUHK-Shenzhen has nearly 700 patent applications and over 240 policy reports. Our university has carried out more than 400 collaborations and established nearly 50 joint laboratories with well-known enterprises such as Huawei, JD.com, and Tencent.

In 2023, three postdoctoral research mobile stations of CUHK-Shenzhen have been successfully getting approved, namely Computer Science and Technology, Materials Science and Engineering, and Applied Economics, which is also the first time that a Chinese-foreign cooperative university has been approved for postdoctoral research mobile stations.

Seven disciplines, namely Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, Chemistry, Biology and Biochemistry, Clinical Medicine, and General Social Sciences, have entered the top 1% of the ESI ( Essential Science Indicators) global rankings.
