南京是一個十分低調(diào)且充滿人文氣息的城市。憑借秦淮河畔六朝古都的歷史沉淀，這座城市成為了人文薈萃、文化密度極高的地區(qū)。許多南京人對鼓樓區(qū)有著獨特的記憶，而南京大學(xué)則扎根于此，與東南大學(xué)相伴相生。曾經(jīng)的OCC也是鼓樓區(qū)內(nèi)知名的咖啡廳，是一個人盡皆知的文化聚集地。對于BUZZ而言，錦上OCC所屬的這片場地宛如一個美麗的巧合，有著一種難以抗拒的吸引力。它位于南京鼓樓的旁邊，與南京鼓樓之間的距離，恰好等同于BUZZ北京辦公室與北京鼓樓之間的距離。盡管尺度關(guān)系有所不同，但一南一北之間卻存在著一種強(qiáng)烈的場域通感。

Nanjing is a very low-key and full of cultural atmosphere of the city. With the historical precipitation of the ancient capital of six dynasties along the Qinhuai River, the city has become a region with a great diversity of people and high cultural density. Many Nanjing people have a unique memory of the Gulou District, and Nanjing University is rooted in this area, accompanied by Southeast University. The former OCC is also a well-known coffee shop in the Drum Tower area and is a well-known cultural gathering place. For BUZZ, the site where Jinshang OCC is located is like a beautiful coincidence with an irresistible attraction. It is located next to the Nanjing Drum Tower, and the distance between the Nanjing Drum Tower is exactly the same as the distance between BUZZ's Beijing office and the Beijing Drum Tower. Although the scale relationship is different, there is a strong field synaesthesia between the south and the north.

一、南京 · OCC餐廳

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

南京鼓樓錦上OCC餐廳，這一最新建筑改造及室內(nèi)設(shè)計項目由BUZZ主導(dǎo)設(shè)計，于去年底正式營業(yè)。該項目始于2023年中，歷時1年完成。BUZZ期望將其打造成一處位于鼓樓旁的新地標(biāo)，一種重新被定義的綜合餐飲業(yè)態(tài)，以及一個全新的南京城市人文會客廳，以重現(xiàn)南京鼓樓旁記憶中人文匯聚的繁盛場景。建筑附近郁郁蔥蔥的樹冠，室內(nèi)搖曳生姿的樹影，遠(yuǎn)處鼓樓的紅墻隱約透過枝葉映入眼簾；耳畔是繁華喧囂的車水馬龍，不斷變換著紫峰大廈的前景。這種人文與自然交織而成的場地氛圍，對我們具有極大的吸引力。

OCC Nanjing Drum Tower Jinshang Restaurant, the latest architectural renovation and interior design project led by BUZZ, officially opened at the end of last year. The project began in mid-2023 and took one year to complete. BUZZ expects to create a new landmark located next to the Drum Tower, a redefined integrated catering industry, and a new Nanjing urban cultural meeting room to recreate the bustling scene of cultural convergence in Nanjing near the Drum Tower. The lush canopy of trees near the building, the shadows of trees swaying indoors, and the red wall of the distant drum tower faintly coming into view through the branches and leaves; Ear is bustling bustling traffic, constantly changing the prospect of purple peak building. This atmosphere of the site, which is interwoven with humanity and nature, is of great attraction to us.

在現(xiàn)有場地上，有一棟小型建筑。按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)定義，錦上OCC是一個針對餐飲空間的建筑改造及室內(nèi)設(shè)計項目。然而，在這個特定場景中，地塊本身的能量卻超出了常規(guī)設(shè)計手法的應(yīng)對范圍。任何一種片面的文化符號或形式的出現(xiàn)都顯得蒼白無力且不必要。因此，南京鼓樓錦上OCC餐廳的設(shè)計是非傳統(tǒng)的。這種設(shè)計更多地是從空間視角出發(fā)，旨在獲取人與場域之間的體驗關(guān)聯(lián)。希望來到這里的人能夠迅速回望某個輝煌燦爛的瞬間，使這個文化匯聚之地得到新的傳承和再生，形成新的場域力量。

On the existing site, there is a small building. According to the standard definition, Jinshang OCC is an architectural renovation and interior design project for dining space. However, in this particular scene, the energy of the plot itself is beyond the scope of conventional design techniques. The appearance of any kind of one-sided cultural symbol or form is pale and unnecessary. Therefore, the design of OCC Jinshang Restaurant in Nanjing Drum Tower is unconventional. This kind of design is more from the spatial perspective, aiming to obtain the experiential correlation between people and the field. I hope that people who come here can quickly look back at a brilliant moment, so that this place of cultural convergence can get new inheritance and regeneration, and form a new field power.

鼓樓OCC場地的魅力，源自其豐富的場景元素與多層次的區(qū)域劃分。游客從歷史建筑出發(fā)，穿梭至繁華的城市核心街區(qū)，繼而步入綠植繁茂的城市公園，最終抵達(dá)這棟建筑前。這里既有鼓樓的寧靜，也有交通的喧囂；既有辦公樓中年輕人的忙碌身影，又有街角公園里老人的悠然自得，各種元素交織在一起。為了呼應(yīng)這種有趣的過渡，建筑從外到內(nèi)通過空間的變化實現(xiàn)了一種漸進(jìn)式的滲透或過濾。這個系統(tǒng)類似于傳統(tǒng)園林，擁有多層次的空間形態(tài)：從開放的城市公共空間到可供漫步的墻院，再到室內(nèi)開放的就餐區(qū)以及墻后隱蔽的獨立餐臺所形成的“洲島”。這些連續(xù)的界面構(gòu)成了“園中園”、“院中院”般的完整體系，層層嵌套、相互過渡。它們也是對傳統(tǒng)空間原型的一種現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)譯，結(jié)合了當(dāng)代商業(yè)運(yùn)營和人們的感知體驗。

The charm of Gulou OCC site comes from its rich scene elements and multi-level regional division. Visitors depart from the historic building, travel through the bustling city core, and then step into the lush urban park before finally arriving at the building. Here both the peace of the drum tower, but also the noise of traffic; Both the busy figure of the young people in the office building, and the leisurely old people in the street corner park, all kinds of elements are intertwined. In response to this interesting transition, the building achieves a gradual infiltration or filtering through changes in space from the outside to the inside. Similar to a traditional garden, the system has a multi-level spatial form: from an open urban public space to a wall courtyard for walking, to an "island" formed by an indoor open dining area and a separate dining table hidden behind the wall. These continuous interfaces constitute a complete system like a "garden within a garden" and a "courtyard within a courtyard", nested layer upon layer and transiting to each other. They are also a modern translation of traditional spatial archetypes, combining contemporary business operations and people's perceptual experience.

二、空間美學(xué)

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

建筑與景觀相連的部分，通過墻體的轉(zhuǎn)折變化，形成新的立面形式，將外部景觀與建筑銜接和綁定。這種設(shè)計不僅連接了外部人員到場地內(nèi)部的引導(dǎo)關(guān)系，還在很多BUZZ項目中得到了應(yīng)用，如成都花間堂、峨眉山悅榕莊等。片墻作為中國傳統(tǒng)園林空間的重要元素，在鼓樓OCC中既是立面元素也是景觀元素，具有雙重過渡的空間要素和使用場景。由于公園地形逐漸抬升，墻體保持相對低矮形態(tài)，隨著踏步往上形成層層跌落、層層遞進(jìn)的底層立面形式。

The part of the building connected with the landscape, through the transformation of the wall, forms a new facade form, connecting and binding the external landscape with the building. This design not only connects external people to the guiding relationship inside the venue, but also has been applied in many BUZZ projects, such as Chengdu Huayangtang and Banyan Tree Emei Mountain. As an important element of traditional Chinese garden space, sheet wall is not only a facade element but also a landscape element in Drum Tower OCC, with double transitional spatial elements and use scenes. Due to the gradual elevation of the park's terrain, the walls remain relatively low in shape, forming the bottom facade form that falls layer by layer and progresses layer by layer with the stepping up.

在OCC的二層及以上區(qū)域，空間布局主要以獨立包間為主。受限于既有結(jié)構(gòu)，包間的設(shè)計旨在最大限度地拓寬視野，通過擴(kuò)大窗口面積實現(xiàn)。為了兼顧功能需求與隱私保護(hù)，窗戶的一半采用了“散點敘事”式的遮擋方式。建筑外立面由一層扭轉(zhuǎn)拼接的陶瓷板與大面積玻璃窗共同構(gòu)成雙層表皮，這一設(shè)計不僅將立面進(jìn)一步細(xì)化為像素化效果，還回應(yīng)了傳統(tǒng)花窗帶來的視覺體驗——既提供了廣闊的框景視野，又增添了彌散性的景觀滲透效果。不同于傳統(tǒng)二維平面化的花窗表現(xiàn)手法，此處使用的陶板通過折疊處理增強(qiáng)了空間感，形成了更加立體的三維形態(tài)，從而創(chuàng)造出多層次的空間深度。這種設(shè)計無形中疊加了內(nèi)外空間層次，構(gòu)建出一種可延伸發(fā)展的體量關(guān)系。

In the second floor and above area of OCC, the space layout is mainly dominated by independent private rooms. Limited by the existing structure, the private rooms are designed to maximize the view, which is achieved by expanding the window area. In order to balance functional requirements and privacy protection, half of the window adopts a "scatter narrative" type of occlusion. The facade consists of a double skin of twisting ceramic panels and large glazing areas, which not only further details the facade into a pixelated effect, but also responds to the visual experience of traditional flowered Windows - providing a broad frame view and adding a diffuse landscape penetration effect. Different from the traditional two-dimensional flat window expression technique, the ceramic plate used here enhances the sense of space by folding, forming a more three-dimensional three-dimensional form, thereby creating a multi-level spatial depth. This design imperceptibly superimposes the internal and external spatial levels to build a volume relationship that can be extended and developed.
