01大賽目的

event mission

本次大賽立足佘山，旨在表達(dá)獨(dú)屬于上海佘山國家旅游度假區(qū)的上海故事，從“佘山”、見上海，凝聚青年智慧，為提升城市軟實(shí)力，創(chuàng)新城市文化體系注入力量，同時(shí)搭建跨校協(xié)作的賽事平臺，讓同學(xué)們在實(shí)踐中學(xué)習(xí)，在創(chuàng)作中成長。

based in sheshan, this challenge aims to tell unique shanghai sheshan national tourist resort stories while gathering youth wisdom to enhance the city\'s soft power and innovate the urban cultural system.

it also provides a cross-university collaboration platform for students to learn through practice and grow through creativity.

02大賽細(xì)則

competition details

參賽對象 | eligibility

上海高校在讀本�？粕ê穆妙愔懈呗殬I(yè)院校），研究生及外國留學(xué)生，以團(tuán)隊(duì)形式參賽，每隊(duì)1—4人。每位學(xué)生可參與1支隊(duì)伍，1支隊(duì)伍可同時(shí)參與兩個(gè)賽道。

open to undergraduate, vocational, postgraduate, and international students in shanghai universities.

participants must formteams of1-4 members. each student canjoin one team, and each team can enter both tracks simultaneously.

賽道一：宣傳達(dá)人選拔賽道

track one: publicity expert selection

本賽道遴選具備內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作實(shí)力與新媒體傳播能力的宣傳達(dá)人，旨在選拔可深度參與上海佘山國家旅游度假區(qū)宣傳推廣的優(yōu)質(zhì)創(chuàng)作者，重點(diǎn)考察創(chuàng)作者穩(wěn)定內(nèi)容產(chǎn)出能力、爆款打造能力與口碑傳播能力，以多元?jiǎng)?chuàng)作力量賦能佘山國家旅游度假區(qū)品牌形象傳播。

this track selects publicity experts with content creation strength and new media communication capabilities, aiming to recruit high-quality creators who can deeply participate in the promotion of the shanghai sheshan national tourist resort， the focus is on assessing the creator\'s ability for stable content output, hit-making potential, and word-of-mouth communication, empowering the shanghai sheshan national tourist resort brand image through diverse creative forces.

track 2: creative short video

需要將上海佘山國家旅游度假區(qū)的自然生態(tài)、人文底蘊(yùn)與上海城市故事深度融合，用鏡頭語言拍成讓人記得住、愿意點(diǎn)贊、主動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)的高品質(zhì)短視頻，讓上海佘山國家旅游度假區(qū)的形象更鮮活、更有傳播力，鼓勵(lì)中英雙語字幕，助力上海城市品牌面向國內(nèi)外受眾高效破圈。

integrate shanghai sheshan national tourist resort\'s ecology and cultural heritage with shanghai stories through high-quality videos. bilingual subtitles are encouraged to help shanghai’s brand reach a global audience.

決賽

提交短視頻成片mp4、字幕文件與封面圖以及路演ppt

決賽 | final round

最后作品提交時(shí)間：5 月 20 日

根據(jù)視頻質(zhì)量評出10支優(yōu)質(zhì)隊(duì)伍，有機(jī)會獲得上海佘山國家旅游度假區(qū)熱門景點(diǎn)門票以及決賽評分加成
