一曲《黃河大合唱》，激蕩起中華兒女烽火歲月的民族記憶。但鮮為人知的是，這首經(jīng)典之作的作曲者冼星海，曾在上世紀(jì)40年代初流落至哈薩克斯坦的阿拉木圖。

The

Yellow River Cantata

evokes a defining chapter of China' s wartime memory. Yet , what is less widely known i s that its composer, Xian Xinghai, was stranded in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in the early 1940s.

如今，冼星海的印記仍鐫刻在這座城市中——一條以他命名的大街和一座紀(jì)念碑，共同紀(jì)念著他與當(dāng)?shù)匾晃灰魳芳铱缭絿?guó)界和語言隔閡、因音樂結(jié)緣的友誼。

His legacy endures in the city today, where a street and a monument bear his name, commemorating a wartime friendship forged through music between Xian and a local Kazakh musician, beyond borders and language.

多年后，這段歷史被一位烏魯木齊導(dǎo)演發(fā)掘并搬上銀幕，讓這則感人故事為更多人熟知。而這段共同記憶，也成為兩座城市日益深入合作交流的生動(dòng)注腳。

Decades later, this touching story was brought to the screen — and a wider audience — by an Urumqi-born director. Today, this shared memory stands as a vivid footnote to the deepening cooperation and exchanges between the two cities.

1940年，冼星海經(jīng)迪化（今烏魯木齊）前往蘇聯(lián)，為革命紀(jì)錄片創(chuàng)作配樂。1941年，蘇聯(lián)衛(wèi)國(guó)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)爆發(fā)導(dǎo)致配制工作中斷，他的歸國(guó)之路也因此受阻。1942年，冼星海輾轉(zhuǎn)流落到阿拉木圖。

In 1940, Xian traveled to the Soviet Union via Dihua — now Urumqi — to compose music for a revolutionary documentary. But the outbreak of the Soviet Union's Great Patriotic War in 1941 brought the project to a halt and prevented his return to China. In 1942, he arrived in Almaty, stranded and destitute.

在冼星海身陷絕境、與祖國(guó)失聯(lián)的日子里，一位哈薩克斯坦的合唱團(tuán)指揮巴赫德讓?拜卡達(dá)莫夫向他伸出了援手。盡管并不寬裕，拜卡達(dá)莫夫一家仍想辦法為冼星海提供食宿。語言不通的兩人，因音樂相知，在戰(zhàn)火中結(jié)下深厚友誼。

Xian, who was in dire straits, received help from Bakhytzhan Baikadamov, a Kazakh choral director. Despite limited means, Baikadamov and his family provided him with accommodation and food. Though divided by a language barrier, the two found common ground in music, forging a deep friendship amid the turmoil of war.

這段友誼現(xiàn)在不僅被永久鐫刻在阿拉木圖的城市地圖上，也被一位出生于烏魯木齊的導(dǎo)演西爾扎提?牙合甫改編成電影搬上銀幕，讓更多人共同銘記。

This bond has not only been permanently etched onto Almaty's urban map, but also adapted into a film by Urumqi-born director Xierzhati Yahefu, who shared this story with a wider audience.

今年是冼星海誕辰120周年，也是中國(guó)人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)暨世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)勝利80周年。呂毅表示，舉辦冼星海紀(jì)念設(shè)施修繕后重新開放儀式以及電影《音樂家》重映會(huì)等系列活動(dòng)，意義重大，能夠推動(dòng)兩國(guó)青年一代傳承中哈世代友好，唱響和平正義之音。

In 1993, Urumqi and Almaty became the first pair of sister cities between China and Kazakhstan, with steadily deepening ties.

2024 年和 2025 年分別是中國(guó) “ 哈薩克斯坦旅游年 ” 和哈薩克斯坦 “ 中國(guó)旅游年 ”。 已實(shí)施兩年 多 的互免簽證政策， 也 讓人員往來更加便捷。

With 2024 and 2025 designated as mutual tourism years, and visa-free policy having been in place for more than two years, cross-border travel has become much easier.

據(jù)中央廣播電視總臺(tái)報(bào)道，自2023年11月到2025年11月中哈免簽兩周年，經(jīng)烏魯木齊天山國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)口岸往來中哈兩國(guó)的人員達(dá)到17.9萬余人次。

A relaxed rule came into effect in November 2023, allowing visa-free travel between China and Kazakhstan. In the two years since, about 179,000 transits were made between the two countries, as recorded at the Urumqi Tianshan International Airport, according to China Central Television.

For Ainur Baitumanova, a tourist from Almaty, visa-free travel turned what once required lengthy preparation into a spontaneous getaway. Besides, she found Urumqi remarkably like home: "Xinjiang is a great tourism destination for us, because of the language, the culture and the food."

經(jīng)貿(mào)領(lǐng)域的合作同樣成果豐碩。2024年3月6日，新疆“天山號(hào)”班列首趟全程時(shí)刻表班列順利啟程，運(yùn)行時(shí)間較普通班列壓縮60%以上。據(jù)新疆國(guó)際陸港（集團(tuán)）有限公司介紹，今年前11個(gè)月，“天山號(hào)”班列累計(jì)發(fā)運(yùn)714列，吞吐量約133.1萬噸，貨值及帶動(dòng)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易額約194.84億元。

Trade cooperation has also yielded fruitful results. On March 6, 2024, the first full-timetable Tianshan China-Europe freight train from Urumqi to Almaty departed, cutting transit time by over 60 percent compared with ordinary services. In the first 11 months of this year, the Tianshan freight trains had made 714 trips, moving more than 1.3 million tons of exports and imports valued at nearly 19.5 billion yuan ($2.77 billion), according to Xinjiang International Land Port Group.

哈薩克斯坦中國(guó)研究中心主任古麗娜爾?沙伊梅爾格諾娃指出，中歐班列與中亞班列實(shí)際上已將烏魯木齊—阿拉木圖這對(duì)友好城市轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檫B接中國(guó)內(nèi)陸和歐亞大陸的物流樞紐，有力推動(dòng)了貿(mào)易與產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)作。

Gulnar Shaimergenova, director of the China Studies Center in Kazakhstan, says the freight services have effectively transformed Urumqi and Almaty into logistics hubs linking China’s inland regions with the Eurasian continent, which has helped boost bilateral trade, transit transport and industrial collaboration.

Friendly ties between Urumqi and Almaty reflect the China-Kazakhstan permanent comprehensive strategic partnership at the local level. "We look forward to both sides playing a greater role in leading regional cooperation, and contributing more to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative and the building of a China-Central Asia community with a shared future," says Lyu.
