為積極響應(yīng)聯(lián)合國“海洋十年”倡議，落地第三屆聯(lián)合國海洋大會(huì)成果，擬在2025年10月30日至10月31日召開“藍(lán)色浪潮大會(huì)”，聚焦青年在海洋科技創(chuàng)新中的主體作用，服務(wù)發(fā)展新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力與海洋可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

大會(huì)將搭建全球青年海洋科學(xué)家、企業(yè)家與政策制定者跨學(xué)科合作平臺(tái)，推動(dòng)“科學(xué)-政策-行動(dòng)”高效閉環(huán)，形成可轉(zhuǎn)化成果與創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目儲(chǔ)備，助力深圳全球海洋中心城市建設(shè)。

In active response to the United Nations “Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development” (UN Ocean Decade) and to advance the outcomes of the Third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3), the Blue Wave Conference is scheduled to be held from October 30 to 31, 2025. The conference will highlight the central role of youth in ocean science and technology innovation, serving both the development of new quality productive forces and the goals of ocean sustainability.

The conference will establish a global interdisciplinary collaboration platform for young ocean scientists, entrepreneurs, and policymakers, fostering an efficient “science–policy–action” cycle. It seeks to deliver practical outcomes and foster innovation to support Shenzhen’s vision as a global ocean hub.
