聽(tīng)澗民宿坐落于安吉山川鄉(xiāng)的續(xù)目自然村，作為響應(yīng)“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”號(hào)召而打造的休閑旅游典范項(xiàng)目。其中，「聽(tīng)澗·山川設(shè)計(jì)民宿」尤為上鏡。其背倚蔥郁竹海，前攬澄澈湖泊，天然景致無(wú)需濾鏡修飾，便已占據(jù)顏值與景觀的雙重核心地位，為鄉(xiāng)村生活開(kāi)辟了全新的體驗(yàn)路徑。此地周邊景點(diǎn)星羅棋布，實(shí)現(xiàn)度假與游玩的完美融合，僅需15分鐘車程即可抵達(dá)云上草原及井空里大峽谷。

民宿在選址時(shí)秉持“有山、有水、有澗”的理念。整體規(guī)模達(dá)60畝，四周被竹林輕擁、溪流潺潺、蘆灘點(diǎn)綴，深邃山谷間一汪碧水靜臥其中。園區(qū)內(nèi)精心規(guī)劃了五棟庭院式別墅與一棟三層公共活動(dòng)建筑，錯(cuò)落有致地分布其間。

Tingjian Homestay is located in Xumu Natural Village, Shanchuan Township, Anji. It is a model project of leisure tourism created in response to the call of "Beautiful Countryside". Among them, "Tingjian · Mountain and River Design Homestay" is particularly photogenic. Backed by lush bamboo forests and facing clear lakes, its natural scenery, without the need for filters to embellish, already occupies a dual core position in terms of appearance and landscape, opening up a brand-new experience path for rural life. The surrounding area is dotted with numerous scenic spots, achieving a perfect blend of vacation and entertainment. It only takes 15 minutes by car to reach the Cloudy Grassland and Jingkongli Grand Canyon.

When choosing a location, the homestay adheres to the concept of "having mountains, water and streams". The overall scale covers 60 mu, surrounded by bamboo forests, with babbling Brooks and dotted reed beaches. In the deep valley, a pool of clear water lies quietly. Five courtyard-style villas and a three-story public activity building have been carefully planned in the park, which are distributed in an orderly and staggered manner among them.

一、浙江安吉 ·聽(tīng)澗山川

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

在規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中，并未采用那種“橫平豎直、對(duì)稱規(guī)則”的典型現(xiàn)代建筑設(shè)計(jì)手法，而是主動(dòng)汲取傳統(tǒng)村落空間形態(tài)中的精華部分。各個(gè)建筑呈散落式布局，相互圍合形成了多樣的景觀空間，讓人仿佛置身于自然生長(zhǎng)而成的村落之中，獲得獨(dú)特的體驗(yàn)感受。該項(xiàng)目所在的基地周邊擁有極為優(yōu)越的自然景觀資源，連綿不斷的峰巒起伏跌宕，幽深靜謐的山谷縱橫其間，還有一灣碧水靜靜流淌，更有竹林、潺潺水溪以及蘆葦灘環(huán)繞四周，呈現(xiàn)出一派青山環(huán)繞、綠水相依、風(fēng)光旖旎的美好景象。

整體布局充分尊重現(xiàn)有的場(chǎng)地狀況，針對(duì)周邊四處景觀所在的區(qū)域采取了開(kāi)放式界面的處理方式，借助建筑的適度退讓以及立面凹進(jìn)與凸出的巧妙錯(cuò)落安排，成功地將周邊景觀引入到建筑群內(nèi)部。而開(kāi)放區(qū)域的精心設(shè)計(jì)，不僅為外部觀賞環(huán)境提供了絕佳的視角，同時(shí)也實(shí)現(xiàn)了人們從內(nèi)部到外部在空間與視覺(jué)上的流暢轉(zhuǎn)換。

During the planning and design process, the typical modern architectural design approach of "horizontal and vertical alignment and symmetrical rules" was not adopted. Instead, the essence of the spatial form of traditional villages was actively absorbed. The various buildings are scattered in layout, enclosing each other to form diverse landscape Spaces, making people feel as if they were in a naturally grown village and gaining a unique experience. The site where this project is located is surrounded by extremely superior natural landscape resources. The continuous and undulating peaks, the deep and quiet valleys crisscrossing among them, and a clear stream flowing quietly. Moreover, bamboo forests, babbling Brooks and reed marshes surround it all around, presenting a beautiful scene of green mountains and clear waters, and charming scenery.

The overall layout fully respects the existing site conditions. For the areas where the four surrounding landscapes are located, an open interface treatment method is adopted. By means of the moderate retreat of the building and the ingenious staggered arrangement of the concave and protruding facades, the surrounding landscapes are successfully introduced into the interior of the building complex. The meticulous design of the open area not only provides an excellent perspective for the external viewing environment but also enables people to smoothly transition from the inside to the outside in terms of space and vision.

二、空間美學(xué)

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

基地坐落于溪澗兩旁，劃分為兩個(gè)地塊，并由景觀廊橋?qū)砂肚擅钽暯印Ｕw規(guī)劃沿東西方向呈帶狀延伸，其中后勤樓、接待樓以及三棟客房樓有序地坐落溪澗北側(cè)，依傍山巒、面向水流而建；而在溪澗南岸，則臨水設(shè)置了餐廳、小酒吧及室外無(wú)邊泳池。

整個(gè)建筑群布局注重動(dòng)靜分離，交通流線順暢明晰，且擁有極為開(kāi)闊的景觀視野。其立面設(shè)計(jì)秉持自然質(zhì)樸的理念，運(yùn)用清新且?guī)в袘雅f氣息的木飾材料與仿傳統(tǒng)民居風(fēng)格的白色墻體相搭配，各個(gè)建筑單體高低錯(cuò)落，與周邊的竹林溪流景色相互映襯。那些潔白的建筑宛如從森林中自然生長(zhǎng)而出，散發(fā)著樸素典雅的氣息，使得這片山間區(qū)域顯得格外明亮潔凈，營(yíng)造出一種寧?kù)o美好的氛圍?？头繀^(qū)域由三棟兩層高的樓房組成，每棟均圍合形成獨(dú)立的庭院空間，總計(jì)提供40間客房。在設(shè)計(jì)上特別注重“一窗一景”的效果，每間客房均配備全景式落地窗，客人躺在床上便能盡覽窗外美景；夜晚時(shí)分，可憑欄聆聽(tīng)潺潺流水聲安然入夢(mèng)，清晨則伴著蟬鳴醒來(lái)，讓每一位住客都能深切體驗(yàn)到被大自然擁抱的生活情趣。

The base is located on both sides of a stream and is divided into two plots, which are ingeniously connected by a landscape bridge. The overall planning extends in a strip along the east-west direction. Among them, the logistics building, the reception building and three guest room buildings are orderly located on the north side of the stream, built against the mountains and facing the water flow. On the south bank of the stream, there are restaurants, small bars and an outdoor infinity pool set up by the water.

The layout of the entire building complex emphasizes the separation of dynamic and static areas, with smooth and clear traffic flow lines, and offers an extremely wide landscape view. The facade design adheres to the concept of nature and simplicity, combining fresh and nostalgic wood veneer materials with white walls that imitate the style of traditional residences. The individual buildings are arranged at different heights, complementing the surrounding bamboo forest and stream scenery. Those pure white buildings seem to have grown naturally out of the forest, exuding a simple and elegant air. This makes this mountainous area appear particularly bright and clean, creating a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. The guest room area consists of three two-storey buildings, each enclosed to form an independent courtyard space, providing a total of 40 guest rooms. In terms of design, special emphasis is placed on the effect of "one window, one view". Each guest room is equipped with a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful scenery outside while lying in bed. At night, one can lean on the railing to listen to the gurgling sound of the flowing water and fall asleep peacefully. In the early morning, one can wake up to the chirping of cicadas, allowing every guest to deeply experience the joy of life embraced by nature.
