近日，大河報記者采訪核實，青年演員陳麗君已擔(dān)任浙江小百花越劇院藝術(shù)生產(chǎn)與創(chuàng)作部副主任。不少戲迷和粉絲在網(wǎng)上紛紛喊話“陳主任”，這一稱呼既是對陳麗君的祝賀，也是對她未來工作的期待。

Chen Lijun, a prominent young Yueju Opera performer, has been appointed deputy director of the Art Production and Creation Department of Zhejiang Xiaobaihua Yue Opera Troupe.

Fans and audiences have dubbed her "director Chen", offering congratulations as well as expectations for her future work.

今年2月，中宣部等五部門聯(lián)合印發(fā)《戲劇振興三年行動計劃（2026—2028年）》，其中明確提出，為支持戲劇院團發(fā)展，要培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀院團管理人才，同時夯實人才隊伍，重點培養(yǎng)編劇、導(dǎo)演、音樂、表演、舞美、管理等方面的優(yōu)秀青年人才。陳麗君作為當(dāng)下深受廣大戲迷喜愛的青年藝術(shù)家，對于傳統(tǒng)戲曲如何更好地吸引年輕觀眾，有著豐富的實踐經(jīng)驗和深刻的藝術(shù)心得，她出任藝術(shù)生產(chǎn)與創(chuàng)作方向的這一職位，完全合格，也正當(dāng)其時。
