新華社消息，伊朗伊斯蘭議會(huì)議長卡利巴夫10日在社交媒體發(fā)文說，談判開始前必須實(shí)現(xiàn)兩個(gè)條件：在黎巴嫩�；鸷徒鈨鲆晾时粌鼋Y(jié)資產(chǎn)。

Iran's Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf on Friday demanded a ceasefire in Lebanon and the release of Iran's blocked assets prior to the commencement of negotiations with the United States.

He made the remarks in a post on social media platform X while elaborating on Iran's preconditions for taking part in the talks to ease tensions in the Middle East, which are expected to take place in Pakistan's capital Islamabad, following the announcement of a two-week ceasefire between the warring parties.

巴基斯坦外交部：伊朗代表團(tuán)抵達(dá)，巴方高官現(xiàn)場迎接

巴基斯坦外交部11日凌晨發(fā)表聲明說，由伊朗伊斯蘭議會(huì)議長卡利巴夫、外交部長阿拉格齊等高級(jí)官員組成的伊朗談判代表團(tuán)當(dāng)天抵達(dá)巴首都伊斯蘭堡參加美伊談判。

The Iranian delegation has arrived in the Pakistani capital of Islamabad ahead of negotiations with the US on Saturday. The Iranian delegation includes Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.

聲明說，伊朗代表團(tuán)抵達(dá)時(shí)，受到巴副總理兼外交部長達(dá)爾、國民議會(huì)議長薩迪克、陸軍參謀長穆尼爾和內(nèi)政部長納克維的迎接。

聲明說，達(dá)爾表示，希望各方進(jìn)行建設(shè)性接觸，并重申巴基斯坦愿繼續(xù)為各方達(dá)成沖突持久解決方案提供便利。

巴政府權(quán)威人士表示，巴官方確認(rèn)美伊談判將于當(dāng)天在伊斯蘭堡塞雷納酒店舉行，伊朗代表團(tuán)已入住這家酒店。

伊朗議長：我們心懷善意，但不信任美國

當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間11日，總臺(tái)記者獲悉，伊朗伊斯蘭議會(huì)議長卡利巴夫抵達(dá)巴基斯坦伊斯蘭堡后，在回答記者關(guān)于美國副總統(tǒng)萬斯近期言論的提問時(shí)表示：“不幸的是，我們與美國談判的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總是以失敗告終，且他們會(huì)違背協(xié)議。不到一年的時(shí)間里，在談判進(jìn)行到一半時(shí)，盡管伊朗方面懷有善意，他們卻兩次襲擊我們，并犯下多項(xiàng)戰(zhàn)爭罪行�！薄拔覀冃膽焉埔�，但我們不信任美國�！�

Qalibaf said Saturday that Tehran has "good intentions but no trust" ahead of negotiations with the US, according to the Tasnim News Agency.

"Unfortunately, our experience of negotiating with the Americans has always been met with failure and breach of contract," Qalibaf said when he touched down at the Islamabad Airport. "Twice in less than a year, in the middle of negotiations, despite the good intentions of the Iranian side, they attacked us and committed numerous war crimes."

卡利巴夫還表示，在即將進(jìn)行的談判中，如果美方愿意達(dá)成真正的協(xié)議，并給予伊朗人民應(yīng)有的權(quán)利，美國將會(huì)看到伊朗達(dá)成協(xié)議的誠意。

Qalibaf stressed that Iran is ready to reach an agreement if the US demonstrates sincerity.

"In the upcoming negotiations, if the American side is ready to make a real agreement and grant the rights of the Iranian people, they will see our readiness to make an agreement as well," he said.
