管道選用無(wú)縫鋼管，鋼管有外徑和壁厚兩個(gè)重要參數(shù)。

不銹鋼無(wú)縫鋼管示意圖
介質(zhì)管道上通常選用對(duì)焊鍛造管件、帶頸對(duì)焊突面法蘭，儀表風(fēng)、氮?dú)夤艿郎蟽?yōu)先選用對(duì)焊鍛造管件、帶頸對(duì)焊突面法蘭。對(duì)焊鍛造管件和對(duì)焊法蘭，由于需要和鋼管對(duì)焊，因此需要指定端口型式和壁厚，需保證與對(duì)接的鋼管一致。
插焊和螺紋鍛造管件沒(méi)有壁厚參數(shù)，插焊管件有壓力等級(jí)參數(shù)，法蘭有壓力等級(jí)參數(shù)。
插焊鍛造管件公稱壓力等級(jí)分CL3000、CL6000和CL9000。
螺紋鍛造管件公稱壓力等級(jí)分CL2000、CL3000和CL6000。
法蘭公稱壓力等級(jí)分CL150、CL300、CL400、CL600、CL900、CL1500、CL2500。
